NO BOUNDARY

NY: Henry Holt And Company, [1943]. First Edition. Author's first book of poetry. Signed presentation from Marshall on the front endpaper: "To Nordie (could be "Hordie")- affectionately- Lenore." Marshall was a founder in 1956 and life-long member of the Committee for a Sane Nuclear Policy. In 1971, she helped to found and was codirector, with nuclear physicist Charles E. Goodell, of the Committee for Nuclear Responsibility, an organization committed to enhancing public awareness of the dangers of nuclear power. Her signed books are uncommon! 8vo., dark-blue cloth in dust jacket; 59 pages. Item #56750

Very Good (covers nice; contents clean & tight with minor discoloration to endpapers); some browning rear panel with very narrow chip in middle of rear cover (some general edgewear & rubbing, few short tears) d/j. A fragile dust jacket, probably due to the quality of war-time paper.

Price: $125.00
