Also with a signed presentation from Henrikson on the same page: "Betty- My warmest regards to a wonderful friend & neighbor- Karen Henrikson. 4/15/94." Very Good (book nice but with dampstain along fore-edge that does not bleed into the pages except for at the front & rear endpapers); minor edgewear (also two small stains) d/j. A somewhat uncommon title on Gacy, especially when signed by both authors. $125.00.
