Signed presentation from Dalton on the front endpaper: "For Katherine B. Butler, J.E. Dalton, 2/10/39." Also with an autograph note signed from Dalton laid in on his personal complimentary card: "A dull book for a voyage. I'm sorry but it is the best that I can do- Jack." Scarce to find nice copies in the original dust jacket, much less signed.
