Although not stated, this copy is from the library of Carl and Inezetta Stiver (came with other documented books from this library). The Stivers were Indiana residents and friends of the author. Inezetta lived in Centerville and was considered its resident historian and genealogist. Carl died in 1992 and Inezetta in 2006, at age 90.
