Signed by Chicago-based architect M. Louis Kroman on the title page. With his personal blindstamp on the same page. Kroman is best-known for designing the famous Ritz-55th garage in Chicago in 1929, using terra cotta ornamentation in the Art-Deco designed building to celebrate the automobile.
