Sizemore was the subject for the movie "The Three Faces Of Eve," the 1957 film that garnered Joanne Woodward the Academy Award for Best Actress. In the 1950s, Sizemore was diagnosed with Multiple Personality Disorder and "The Three Faces Of Eve" was written by her psychiatrists, with limited input from Sizemore. In this title, Sizemore fills in the details. Signed presentation from Sizemore on the half-title page: "To Dianne, Chris Costner Sizemore." Sizemore has also penned "I'm Eve" at the top of the title page.
