The scene depicts the wreck of L'Amerique off shore with Life-Saving volunteers rescuing passengers amidst a flurry of activity on the beach. A transatlantic steam-ship bound from Havre to New York that mistakenly ran aground due to a pilot's error. Three crew members were killed. Very Good $100.00.
