Second Edition. With an interesting signed presentation: "Rev. Arthur J. Gammack, from S.H. March 21, 1898." The only Rev. Gammack I could locate was from Lenox, Massachusetts. He used to assist with services at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Otis, Massachusetts, from 1909-1910. Very Good (bright but moderate, spotted stains to rear cover). $20.00.
