Laid in is an interesting autograph note signed by da Cunha to the book's recipient: "Dear Mrs. Copeland; In the course of my conversation with Lady Weir last Saturday evening, she expressed a desire to have a copy of this monograph. It is a bit dated, and much has happened in my artisitic and professional life since. Even so, as I am mailing one to Lady Weir, I'd thought that perhaps you may also be interested. Best wishes, Julio Alejandro." A collection of the artist's works that were on view at the University Gallery at the University of Delaware and the Sande Webster Gallery in Philadelphia. Very good (some significant rubbing, few short closed tears). Scarce. $60.00.
