Mason was McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton University. Judge Lively was a United States Circuit Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, appointed by President Nixon. His private practice was in Danville, Kentucky. Judge Lively has made a few check marks and other very brief notations in the text but written out extensive notes on the rear endpaper & pastedown. 8vo., black cloth in dust jacket; 207 pages.
