Berlin: Im Verlag Ullstein, [1932]. First Edition. April, 1932.” Also, with a one-page autographed letter signed, from the Hotel Metropole in Nice, presenting the book to Rist. With three news clippings (in German) laid in. Born Rudolf Singer in Opava (Troppau), Moravia in Austrian Silesia, Sieghart [1866-1934] was an Austrian lawyer, economist and banker.
