Frye [1859-1936] was an educator and writer who is best-known for this book: “The Child and Nature; or, Geography Teaching with Sand Modelling,” It is one of several he wrote on teaching geography to children. An uncommon book in the first edition and also scarce to obtain a signed copy! Plus, this particular book is very nice condition! Small 8vo., embossed pebbled-brown cloth, stamped in gilt; 216 pages.
