June 10, 1991.” Ardis Glenn was the owner of Glenn Antique Books in Kansas City. This is the first biography of the Hearsts based largely on Hearst family papers that were not available to previous biographers and is uncommon to find in the first edition. The study includes William Randolph Hearst, George Hearst, and Phoebe Apperson Hearst. Also laid in are ta promotional card for Robinson’s book signed on June 9; a clipped newspaper article about from the Kansas City Star about the book; & two blank receipts from Glenn Books.
