Daniel Alfred Poling [1884–1968] was an American clergyman who Norman Vincent Peale called "one of the greatest servants of Jesus Christ in this age or any other. This title is a narrative recreating the life of Jesus, based on the Biblical account and enriched by the imagination of the author. This book was originally published as “Between Two Worlds' in 1931. Sebastian “Stan” Spering Kresge [1867–1966] was an American businessman. He created and owned two chains of department stores, the S. S. Kresge Company, one of the 20th century's largest discount retail organizations, and the Kresge-Newark traditional department store chain.
